Does crying make your sinuses hurt for, like, sometimes days after?

Yes. I've wept enough to make myself physically ill for several days. My sinuses just became so inflamed and sensitive that even a change in temperature would set off a sneezing fit, and in turn: drainage, more inflammation and sensitivity. Hope your heart and sinuses are on the mend.
