So my therapist thinks I'm doing well enough to consider titrating down some of my meds. We started with Trazodone two months ago to half of my previous dose, but I'm scared AF to decrease my other meds.

Have reached the age where sitting in one of them ground-level beach chairs - and getting up, sitting down, getting up… - over the course of several hours has made me sore all over. Excited to see what mundane activity causes me agony tomorrow

Might be in the minority on this one, but it feels so patronizing when the talking heads at the postgame desk - or anyone, really - goes out of their way to praise a Hispanic player for conducting an interview in english. The tone always feels like they're talking about a toddler
