One year ago today, I woke up to find my dear dear nine-year-old dog Holly had died in her sleep with absolutely no warning. It was one of the worst days of my life and I still haven't fully recovered. Haven't been able to get another dog because of travel commitments for work. The hole is so big.

Over the weekend my baby girl Misty crossed the rainbow bridge. She went peacefully and got to see so many friends before she went. I’ve lived more of my life with her than without. 17 years somehow wasn’t enough time though. I’ll miss you every day of the rest of my life Misty.
