Will read in a few hours - my take at a high level seems similar to yours. Decoherence is not inevitable. In fact, you can use these tools to improve it! It's something I've taken lots of pride in working on at my job. It just needs to be intentional.
Show PostThe magic of the new tools is they allow you to "ignore" Conway's law at scale. This is traditionally impossible and even today quite difficult. Orgs within companies have boundaries. Communication makes strict separation inevitable. Startups "cohere" more because they're small.
