Anytime I see someone complaining how Vgen is too complicated, too hard to get Verified on, or that they're not getting clients, etc and I wish they understood its not a magical problem solver of a site. It's a specialized tool to streamline administrative tasks so you can focus more on art.

Yes, there's discoverability, but unless you're offering something easily and frequently searchable (and also on the cheaper/more affordable end), you're unlikely to find enough new clients to depend on Vgen alone for traffic.

You'll still have to market your commissions offsite. Established artists will have an easier time because they already had a client base they can redirect to Vgen. If you're a small artist still trying to build a client base, you'll struggle, not because Vgen is punishing new artists, but (+)
