MitoDate - a NextFlow pipeline - turns a fragmented, manual process into a reproducible and scalable workflow for molecular clock tip dating of ancient mitogenomes beyond the radiocarbon limit (50 thousand years). It is highly automated yet easily customised. Please give it a go!
