Show PostSo far, this week: - found out I don't need an injection or surgery on my back - my A1c is down to 5.5; no longer diabetic - I won the $50 weekly raffle at my favorite thrift shop - completed a 4mi hike without hip pain & kept up with the marathoners walking pace Very thankful, very grateful.
