That’s a reasomable viewpoint. Personally, i highly expect kirks rhetoric to have caused actual physical violence (even if he didn’t explicitly call for it) and i judge him for it, especially as he should have a higher bar as a journalist. But i see how 1 may require court-proven action/reaction.
