3 data points from same NBC News poll: 71% say direction of US on wrong track. 61% disapprove of Trump. That's 10% who don't like direction of US but don't disapprove of Trump. 45% plan to vote for the Rep House candidate. That's 26% who don't like direction of US but voting to keep Rep in charge

2/2 The 1/3 MAGA voters convinced another third that they shouldn't have to pay for an upgrade that'd benefit everybody. Yet they still want full public services from a small town that's cash-strapped already with the Trump-era decimation of federal grants and state funding.

I certainly hope you are correct. It's disheartening to think that 1/3 of my neighbors are so cruel and heartless, and stupid.
