Also, "I hate all Israelis" is bigotry by national origin. In American discourse people call it anti-Semitism because in practice they're the same and it's the better-known term, but discrimination by national origin is illegal too; "I hire non-Israeli Jews but not Israeli" is not a legal defense.

(b) 1 person who asked what this was all about. (c) 1 person who said "It really is antisemitic to conflate Judaism with the State of Israel and it's a shame she couldn't articulate that." (d) 2 who said "I hate all Israelis" [not "all criticism of Israel"] is a form of antisemitism and/or bigotry.

A bunch of people have already told you: Melat Kiros, who just ousted Rep. Diane DeGette, in an interview w/a local journalist, demurred when asked whether the firebombing attack that killed an elderly American Jewish woman was antisemitic bc “I don’t know what was in the heart of the perpetrator."
