Mercy, how refreshing. I’d want her to know (they assured her of this) I receive her apology gladly, humbly without hesitation. Makes me want to go up & down the streets of social media and say to anyone I’ve treated unkindly, please forgive me! We may disagree but unkindness is not the way forward!

When I walked into work today, I was met by 2 staff members who told me one had just gotten off the phone with a woman who called to apologize for being unkind to me online. I’m so moved by it & in large part because she hasn’t come to agree with me. She just conveyed that the unkindness was wrong.

it was bad when the worst poster on my favorite website bought that website and made it terrible but it has been worse having that person also buy my country that i live in
