I think his refusal to change the system to suit the players he’s got will finish him. I’ve got zero confidence in the club getting someone decent to replace him if that happens though. It’s been a shitshow for several years now 💩

Show PostTonight I’ve accepted I won’t get everything done and, although I feel guilty that colleagues will have to pick my work up, it is also a huge relief to think “fuck it”. I now realise I’d never be able to clear the decks while my boss refuses to accept there is a problem. So, off I fuck tomorrow! 👋🏽
