Also it wasn’t really why my marriage fell apart but take it from me: if you’re a guy, make sure you have your own friends and don’t put all your needs on your wife. My Dad did the same thing with my Mom and they got divorced when I was 14 lol

‪It took being single unfortunately to have a wake-up call that I needed to get over some of my social anxiety and get out there and meet people but I’ve done that! ‬

I made the mistake a lot of men do in my marriage in not really having my own social life outside of our mutual friends. But I’ve spent the last few months going to events and meeting people I normally never would have and I’m very proud of myself. :)
