If I’m understanding right and it’s only one save what I would recommend is trying saving as into a new save (called test or w/e) and see if it still looks that way and if it does next I would try restoring a previous save to see if it was just the most recent gameplay of that save

I’m p sure that the pattern that indicates missing mesh when it’s from cc but I’m not positive it’s the same in the core game, but that image is pulling from a cache so it could just be the image data is corrupted, do the actual sims show that way when you load in??
