He’s convinced me, beyond a doubt, that he’s addressed his demons and truly wants to help. How many more rights, freedoms and share of the wealth are we going to lose while progressives stay home on voting day, waiting for the perfect candidate who tics all or their boxes, and let republicans win?

I fucking despise purity politics on the left. “If I can’t have the perfect candidate” or “I’m not inspired to vote…”. I hear this from progressives and left leaning Democrats all the time. Oh, and then there’s the Bernie Bros, still mad about 2015, just wanting to punish the DNC. Just stop!

JFC, give the guy a chance. He’s addressed his personal shortcomings one by one, he’s sincere, doesn’t run away from his past. There’s a whole Republican machine dedicated to instigating and aiding Democrats in attacking themselves. Move on from this, please.
