Yr outline of past politicians attempts to grasp new technology is a tragi-comedy. The chasm of AI knowledge in our politicians/regulators is horrifying. So is the lack of political spine to defer its intro’n, define & analyse its capacities/threats, energy needs, community impact, then legislate.
