Okay, so Wanda's mind is like any person, she still requires understanding of what she's doing and doesn't know it all. She could hypothetically overcome anyone, hypothetically. She doesn't magically know how to instantly beat everyone.

To the 1st Q: yes, Wanda's nexus status is connected to everything she does, which includes what happens in this issue. To the 2nd Q: depends on whatever future writers do. But the universe has trillions of years yet to live, so I wouldn't necessarily expect to see the Ultimate Nexus soon.
