Self-knowledge as a leadership skill deserves more attention. Easy to chase new tools and forget the oldest one, honest reflection. Sounds like a program worth watching closely.

This feels very true. Leaders can keep adding tools, models, and methods while avoiding the harder work of seeing themselves clearly. Honest reflection is not separate from leadership skill. It shapes judgment, presence, repair, and the kind of trust people experience.
