Omg that much sauce would fill my fridge and cupboards. Someone left "sriracha" here and I never learnt to cook with stuff like that. Hopefully it's past use-by date so I can ditch! Kids love coming and finding out of date stuff in my cupboards, but my spice drawer really is due for a big clean out.

Lol about the cupboard space, Renae. Mine left a few boxes and bits of crap behind saying they don't want it but then I don't want to throw out good stuff #hoarder so I'm only now a decade later getting firm and trying to ditch their stuff to free up prime space in the house.

Have my son's recipe. Do use whole spices roasted and ground and just made a jar of mango chutney to accompany. Mangoes were only 99cea last shop.

Good idea. Have red and green lentils in my stores because dhal is a favourite and will last out of fridge if we have power breaks.. btw have you noticed that chick peas are looking a lot smaller?
