...that doesn't mean that once you're in, we see problem-solving go solo. The entire rise of agentic development to me is proof of the value of cumulative cultures of teaching and learning that exchange solutions, and letting people start "further ahead" because of the solution transmission!

You know what's funny though is I think we're starting to see that the differentiators of agentic development are quite collaborative; open transmission of solutions (the "band" model) is *core* to AI success imho! I think any elite place with its pick of pools will be hard to get into. But...
