Today we passed HJR26-1027 to honor Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day. Six million Jews were murdered during the Holocaust, along with 5 million others targeted by Nazi ideology. We remember them and honor the survivors who carried these stories forward.

HB26-1013 is about fairness and transparency for renters. This bill strengthens my 2025 Junk Fees law by clarifying the rules for RUBS, so tenants and landlords are on the same page about how utilities can be billed. Happy to report it passed the House Business Affairs & Labor Committee today.

Today, the House passed HB26-1045! This bill codifies that individuals with disabilities have a right to their assistance animals in response to the federal government's rescission of guidelines. 🐕🐈 No one should ever have to choose between their housing & their service animal.
