There's a camera at the top of that spire which can see basically everything in town (from very far away), and also I have a number of other cameras giving better views of most areas. The first image description describes all the major features.

Can't really build any taller given I already built the observation decks, so instead I'm adding underground areas, which will be better for many Pokemon really (currently I just have shutters on floor 2). First extended main lift down, built a platform with an underlevel-only secondary lift

I have spent a very very very long time building this communal housing building in Pokopia. Originally 3 floors with 4 rooms (8x8) and two utility rooms (3x8) per floor for 48 residents minimum, the one elevator became an issue so I turned the utility rooms into more hallway with new elevators
