I pray for the end of these stupid fucking bills. My own country plans on joining the bandwagon next year. Bleak outlook, but we have to press on with pushing back on it for now.

Unfortunately the EU also completely lacks credibility on this issue because it imposes very similar sanction regimes at home. It is hard to criticize the erosion of the rule of law through discretionary sanctions when you are essentially using the same instruments
