If you go "lol hey claude make me a Super Mario Land port for X16", then you'll get slop. If you take it carefully, step by step, refining it as you go, then you get working, useful stuff.

I think slop is what you get when you subtract human care and attention, not just anything that comes out of the model. If you put in the work, you get something that isn't just slop, if you follow my meaning.
