Honestly I don’t think it’s a matter of cluelessness because they’ll continue to not know it after having it conclusively proven to them. They don’t *want* to know. They want an excuse to keep misgendering and demeaning trans people so they can keep marginalising and violating us

the trans people in sports debate is actually very exemplary here because on one side you have all the arguments and on the other side you have cis people who feel like men must be superior because god created them that way

Show Posttransphobes of course have no actual knowledge of human biology, and their concept of “biological sex” is completely made up.
Show Postsuppressing androgens also means that trans women are at a reduced risk for eg prostate cancer, and trans men are at a reduced risk for breast cancer on hormones and after mastec. however, both should still be looked at! eg mastec doesn’t remove all breast tissue (and cis men also get breast cancer)
