What a powerful message! My aai (maternal grandma) in India got small pox. My mom had to get the small pox vaccine. She has that same vaccine scar. Their generation saw the havoc. We were spared from that. The public health actions taken by the past generations affect the future of children. 🧪

Finished my little gardening project: I planted perennial, heat resistent herbs like lavender, thyme and sage around two boxes with zucchini, squash, basil, tomatoes, and chillies. In combination with my potted tomatoes, watermelon and eggplant I hope for lots of veggies this summer 🤤
