Two years ago I built a new router in my spare time to replace itty-router. We started adopting it gradually until it powered our entire backend.

ran into this with itty-router on workers too, HEAD just falls through to whatever GET handler matches. ended up adding an explicit method check up front and short circuiting the body write. surprised more routers don't treat HEAD as a first class verb by default
