Strictly just the thing the guy wanted? It needs exactly 44 HTML elements and 299 CSS declarations on the Framer website. And JS to create the simplest linear animation of a rotate transform. I did it with exactly 14 HTML elements and 15 CSS declarations. No JS, animation is included in that CSS.

Someone asked how to replicate smth from that website, of course it got some smartass inspect element reply, but I was also curious and good grief, that sure isn't the way, the code is atrocious, lots of pointless nesting, inline styles repeated at nauseam, JS to animate transform.
