Saw my dad earlier. He's like a cat. So many times we thought we were gonna lose him, but he has beaten the odds and is still kicking. Sadly though, Alzheimers/dementia is taking its toll and he can't really hold much of a conversation and permanently looks anxious. He still knows who I am though.
