Im doing better now, been taking some meds and been doing a low cholesterol diet and my blood pressure has now gone back to normal levels

Blood pressure is still really high, gonna take a blood test. I might go strictly eat fruits n veggies n stuff. I have the feeling eating too much salty foods is part of the problem. Since my family mostly eats salty foods. Probably every second I have high blood pressure my health is degrading
