I haven’t mentioned this before now because I wanted to surprise people at BLFC, but now that the con has passed…! I made some major diet changes about 6 months ago and have done very well sticking with it. I’m down about 45 lbs since mid-April. Never thought I’d be able to do it! And that’s so far!
