I came back to swan boy during the philly arc & I assumed when cookiepuss showed up that he was some longrunning character I'd missed during the interim years. Then I read the entire comic through & realized no, he is a terrifying unknown and each appearance I find him more disturbing than the last.

Good animation is not movement, good animation is what it needs to be in order to communicate. That can mean no motion at all. The animator of this shot originally had movement, in revs it was taken out completely so as not to distract the eye Most of the revs when ppl started were 'move less'
