If you like games with systems* so intricate they form a Mandelbrot set, and can rotate an apple in the eye of your mind, I highly recommend Caves of Qud. I poke at it every couple months like Rimworld, and then lose 90 hours of my psyche somewhere out in the Moghra’yi.

I'm glad my story resonated with ya, happy too that ya found that similar comfort in VR 💖 thank ya too for sharin'~ It's not easy when you're just uncomfortable in your own form in the flesh. Feel that just mismatch in your own head, but in VR there's a balance to just help bridge that.

Sure, can never truly have that peace of ever bein' that small in person. Most folks I feel like I approach physically, I have this nudge in my mind that I'm just a loomin' shadow. But at least in VR I am happy to be the kobold I am runnin' up to folks smilin' up at them. 💖

It was really when I decided to take a shot on bein' a kobold, it felt like parts of my mind fell into place. Lookin' up my friends, bein' held, petted, called cute, not stand out as much beyond just my personality. It really helps just make me feel like 'This is correct' - and makes me happy.
