That does suck. I’m certain there are communities locally here in Seattle that are quite warm and welcoming. I think lots of folks are just really shy and guarded a lot if I’m honest. Lot’s of folks out this way have suffered through lots of trauma but are doing fucking amazing in spite of it. <3

Oh yeah for sure and every intersex person’s experience will differ. Not everyone ends up needing medical intervention. Some folks don’t even find out until later in life because it’s internal ya know? I’m sorry to hear you’re dealing with that especially if you live in the US Health Insurance sucks

I would make the argument that being intersex isn’t a health condition. It’s a natural part of humanity. Seriously that’s my take. It’s not a disorder, it’s natural and beautiful.
