Yoshio Fratello Taru, as of DT. It used to be Yoshio Fratello Aidi the family name is only used for taxes and documents and is your mother's courtesy name until you are married, then it becomes the wife's courtesy name (Tataru is "Tataru Taru Taru" on documents now)

I should add suicide ideation =/= actually wanting to harm herself. Its just this ever present "if i died maybe that'd be okay" that hangs over her day after day.
