Good to see you conceded it. There appears to be no downside with forcing Meta to answer questions publicly about how it will submit to regime demands. Having evidence of actual "Twitter Files" stuff on public record is it's own good.

If Meta suspended the account at the request of or under pressure from the admin, that would be “jawboning” — and a 1A violation. This was exactly what the MAGA states argued wrt the Hunter Biden story and COVID minsinfo. The purpose of the investigation would be to find out if that happened
