This came from the proposed budget book during legislative season, but probably still pretty close for FY27 and would be accurate for FY26. ~68.9M from CHYM are going to departments in FY27 according to that document. Up from ~60M in FY26. Need to look into capital spending docs too, I think.

I need the Banner to be better than this. There's valuable context missing here. Charters can kick kids out of school for just about any reason, incl bullying. It is *exceptionally* difficult to expel a child from a zone school. Calling a kid "fat" doesn't meet the criteria. Pulling down pants?
