Well the weather in Colchester has been much kinder to us than expected. Except it's freezing. Now having food before going to see Sense and Sensibility later, which will be my first cinema visit since 2020.

I did one last night just to try it back out and I feel shocking today. I know it will be in my head but i am riddled with anxiety. I was exhausted this morning but could not sleep and now i feel like i’m climbing the walls. Honestly just wish I could switch my brain off 😢🥺
