We are the families of those who died on June 2nd 1994 when an RAF Chinook crashed on the Mull of Kintyre. The Ministry of Defence has locked away the files for 100 years. We want access, answers, accountability & a public inquiry. What is being hidden?

Dear Mr.PM @andyburnham.bsky.social Social justice should ideally induce no grave political cost & should be pursued relentlessly even if the aforementioned cost brings 1's end of political journey (I detest the word "career" because representation of consituents is so much greater than that) 🌹🤓🖖🏻

Was it the same chiefs of staff who released it to service, against the advice of test pilots, who overrode the enquiry, finding the pilots guilty of gross negligence, against RAF rules, which only allowed those findings if there’s no doubt whatsoever? We still don’t know exactly why it crashed.
