My psychiatrist that I’ve seen for over ten years now is retiring. It makes me really sad, because I credit him with saving my life and giving me the resources I needed to be as successful as I am today. I got a copy of my records, contained was my initial PTSD assessment and it is bracing.

I try to never ever ever ever do this but… I think the new medication is working. Headache intensity and duration has plummeted in the last two weeks. Feeling relieved, feeling cute. Won’t delete.
