UK resident here. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer 8 years ago, and I'm still fucking here thanks to our wonderful NHS. CT scan every 3 months, with consultant follow up, VERY expensive drugs but I'm still this side of the grave. Under the US system, I know I'd be dead and my family bankrupt.
