i could be a boomer and be like This is because video games are worse now. but i don't think that's actually true though it is notable that the industry is in a much worse state than it was 10 years ago. IDK. moral of the story: none

it's bound to happen less the older you get but it's sad that i think i'm reaching the point where it's very hard for a game to wow me, and even if it does wow me that doesn't necessarily mean im gonna play it obsessively like i wouldve when i was younger. the closest ive gotten is sonic crossworlds
