I also don't think it makes them any less their virtuous selves to not be virgins either, and the implication that it does is pretty juvenile at best and weirdly conservative at worst, and sadly this is an attitude that does bleed through when this subject comes up

the way we relate to things like sex and relationships is 1000 percent influenced by our environment and the social attitudes within and this should go without saying, so in a modern AU, ideally I would want to see wx affected by the social mores and values of their time and place
