I drove out to Hood River from Portland yesterday morning and my Sprinter (work van) gave me a first: "Crosswind Assist". Happend just west of HR near Norton Rd. That was interesting. Then I noticed the rather large wind driven waves on the Columbia @ Shellrock Mt on the way back in the afternoon.
