This used to be my category in mental health services because of my eating disorder. So proud of myself for getting myself out of this (with lots and lots of help of course!). I’m no longer disabled by anorexia and it doesn’t impact my day to day life much anymore.

You don’t need to have been underweight or hospitalised or NG fed or sectioned or even formally diagnosed for your eating disorder to be valid. Your struggles count regardless.
