all in all, if bluesky dies (which it will), do not expect me to come flying back into twitter as my main social of choice. i am honestly more likely to forego social media, though i could find my way onto something more niche. or even make a habit of maintaining a proper blog.

also, bluesky's block feature is a godsent. twitter literally REDUCED how much blocking has an effect on things, and generally encourages harassment on a wide scale on purpose. i think the only feature twitter meaningfully has over bluesky is private accounts.

bluesky sucks, no one is arguing against this. but i think what it has over twitter is a sense of community... if you have a following at least. in my experience, i got a lot more meaningful engagement from my bluesky than i did on twitter, especially near the end of my time there.

i think my take on the whole bluesky twitter thing is that all social medias suck, but i would never return to twitter. the culture there is mean and terrible, even in queer-leaning circles. the way the platform promotes inflammatory content is painful. not to even mention the existence of GROK.

this is like the only post on that account btw, i only really made a team cinnabun account a while ago so that it doesn't get claimed by a shitty person 😭 shout out to the one guy that claimed the old deltatraveler handle, bought twitter blue, and started posting bullshit about the game on it.
