The way Sony fumbled the PSVR2 launch in the dumbest way possible, to the point where the studios that would've made a great must-have game for it was stuck in the GAAS mines(and then later shut down), pisses me off so much.

It’s been a few years since we’ve done anything with VR, but we spent enough time with it to recognize its limitations, and how cutscenes would need to be staged for the player. It looks almost exactly like what AC8 is doing

The way cutscenes in Ace Combat 8 are directed (a lot of unbroken, stationary first-person shots where each member of the cast are scattered around your FOV) have convinced us that this was built around an exclusive VR option for PSVR2, up until PSVR2 actually came out and bombed commercially.

Huge missed opportunities for PSVR2 not having a VR mode for Galactic Racer and Titanfall 2 VR just being a PC mod. @playstation.com
