If engineers are just going to do scientific hypothesis-driven research, then what is the point of even having engineers? Engineers should be doing design-driving research using the engineering method for technology.

Will ARC's budget be increased today? Hahahaha, no. But perhaps a review of all the reviews will be funded? I mean, there's been so many, & the one announced last year, that won't be finished until after the election, might be out of date by then. Confused? That's why we need another review!
