we're already seeing it here on the west Coast with the kelvin waves from El Nino- we're getting tides that are 15" higher than normal, and the King tides haven't even hit yet. 2050? pfff-... try Tuesday.

Congress! THAT's who can constrain him. The most dangerous time for USians will be between Nov 3rd and Jan 20th when the new congress should be sworn in. If Democrats win tRump will absolutely feel trapped. An animal, even a rat like tRump, is very dangerous when cornered.
