People keep asking me to be on their podcasts, which then turn out to be videos. If I have to do my hair and make up to be on your show, it’s not a podcast. Being on a podcast already takes up a lot of time, and you never get paid for them. Doing camera ready HMU takes up even more time and money.
Show PostI don’t think I’m ever going to get the appeal of pivoting to video for podcasts. I’ve been listening to podcasts for 20 years, and never once have I thought, my God, I need to SEE these people! I’m on a walk or doing the dishes, I don’t need video.
